How it all started

Inlet Estate was born from a true passion for exceptional service and thanks to the immense support from my family.  My name is Edgardo Ruiz, I live in Jupiter, Florida and I can honestly say my wife Ileana and our kids Isabella and Jorge are my main source of motivation.  Today, everything I do is with them in mind.  

I began my career 25 years ago in the wine industry; visiting vineyards in Europe, Australia, and South America, among others.  This traveling experience to magnificent locations ignite the love for architecture, outdoor living, preservation of luxury estate and property management.  

I've had the privilege of managing commercial and residential projects that involve; solar energy system and artificial turf installation as well as outdoor construction developments.

For the past five years, I've worked on luxury homes and estates in Jupiter Island, Palm Beach Island and Hutchinson Island.  I have been responsible for overseeing the tailored made maintenance service in each property and ensuring clients satisfaction.  My priority is maintaining and preserving the beauty and wholeness of each home, while accommodating a worry-free lifestyle for the clients with hard work, honesty and integrity.  

I have built a solid reputation by earning the respect of local residents with my well-rounded knowledge of managing and maintaining their Oceanside estates as well as my work ethic and it's been an honor to be part of their communities.
